Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipments are within the continental U.S. only — we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside the mainland.

Standard (USPS or UPS Ground) — $7.99 — 3–7 business days (transit time)
Expedited (UPS 2-Day) — $14.99 — 2 business days
Express (UPS Next Day Air)** — $24.99 — Next business day

Express delivery is available only for orders placed before 12 PM EST.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates typically activate within 24 hours. If your tracking link shows no updates after one business day, please email us and we’ll check on the shipment for you.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Delivery Issues

We ship across the continental U.S., including deliveries to P.O. boxes.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly—errors can delay delivery or cause returns.
Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather, or U.S. holidays. These events are outside our control, but we’ll work with you to resolve any issues quickly.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item. We will either replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability and your preference.

6. Free Shipping (On Select Orders)

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50

(after discounts and before taxes). Orders below $50 will be charged the standard shipping rate.
We may also run limited-time free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout.
