Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in original packaging.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. For non-defective items, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags intact. For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same or different items. To request an exchange, email us at support@waziempire.com within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a free return label to ship the item back.

How to Return (3 Methods)

By Mail: Download and print your free return label from the link in your order confirmation email. Pack the item securely and drop it at any USPS location.

Drop-off Location: Bring your item to any authorized drop-off location with your order number.

In Store: Visit our store with your original receipt or order confirmation.

Return Label

We provide a free, downloadable return label. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Restocking Fees

We charge no restocking fees on any return or exchange.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original tags cannot be returned. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
