1. Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, typically within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing the next business day. We’ll send a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Options

All shipments are within the continental U.S. only—we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside the mainland.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your item ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. It usually becomes active within 24 hours—if it doesn’t, check back shortly. If you still see no updates after a day, email us and we’ll check.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Delivery Issues

  • We ship across the continental U.S., including deliveries to P.O. boxes.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly—mistakes can delay delivery or cause the package to be returned.
  • Delivery times may be affected by courier disruptions or U.S. holidays. While these are outside our control, we’ll work with you to resolve any issues if they occur.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, contact us right away with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll either replace the item or refund the order.

6. Free Shipping (On Select Orders)

We may offer free standard shipping during promotions or on orders that meet a minimum spend. Details will always be displayed on our website or at checkout when available.
